BANT 2025 Show Court Questionnaire

Dear BANT 2025 Athlete

One 'show court' will be live streamed at BANT 2025. 

We have a dedicated team of commentators and they will be joined by guest commentators. The commentators can make the live streaming more engaging if they know a bit more about you which is why we're asking you to please take the 10 minutes to fill in this Show Court Questionnaire. You don't need to answer all questions, just answer where you happy to share. 

We are aiming that everyone gets at least one match on the live streamed show court. Unfortunately, due to how the draw falls, this might not be possible.  Please accpet our apologies in advance if you fill in this questionnaire but then don't get a match on the live streamed Show Court.
